The neoliberal globalisation has encouraged the formation of a global market where states are chained to provide each contribution in the global process of production. At the same time, globalisation of market has also confronted with a globalisation of workers’ rights when it is considered important that the global trade should not be a benefit only for capitalist class, but also for working class, for the society and for the interests of human beings in general (Hepple, 2005:35).
