Dinda, who completed her studies in International Relations, developed a keen interest in social concerns while in college.
Dinda began her labor-related career as a Program Officer at TURC in 2015 and is currently the Deputy Director for Institutional Affairs.
Dinda has worked for a creative agency as well as various start-ups during her career. Despite working in a variety of industries, she is always focused on social concerns and human resources. Dinda then pursued a career in Human Resources Development in 2018 and continues to be interested in the sector today.
